The forewings of the adult moth each have a pattern of light and dark brown, including a pale subcostal streak, and pale area along the margin. The hind wings are pale brown, darker at the bases, with dark veins.

The species occurs in Australia, including:

  • New South Wales
  • Victoria, and
  • South Australia.
