The adult moth have white forewings with scattered black spots. The hindwings are white, each with a large dark brown area at the wingtip. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in:

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
