The adult moths of this species have brown wings, with a variable dark mark in the cell. The males have a slightly concave costa. The wingspan is about 3.5 cms.

The female is similar but paler, larger, and with a slight convex curvature of the costa.

The species occurs in

  • Western Australia, and
  • Northern Territory.
