Anthela virescens

The male adult moths of this species often have green wings, but can have patterned brown wings with variable green patches. All the wings each have two small dark rings or spots, a straight pale-edged dark transverse line, and a submarginal arc of dark dots. The wingspan is about 4.5 cms.

The species has been found in in

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
