The adult moths of this species have pale brown forewings, each with a yellow costal or subcostal streak, and a dark band across the middle. The hindwings are pale yellow with broad pale brown margins. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

The species has been found in :

  • Northern Territory, and
  • Queensland.
