The adult moths of this species have pale brown forewings, each with a variable vaguely triangular pale yellow area on the costa. The hindwings are pale yellow with broad pale brown margins. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species has been found in :

  • New South Wales, and
  • South Australia.
