The adult moth of this species has brown wings, with submarginal lines and arcs of dark spots. The forewing margins are doubly recurved with a cusp. Some specimens have several white or black marks along each forewing costa. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species has been found in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Victoria.
