The adult moth of this species has off-white forewings, each with various dark brown markings, including a broad complex broken bar across the middle of the wing, and a dark area at the wingtip. The hindwings are off-white, each with various dark brown markings, including dark patch around the wing tips, and a prominent dark spot near the middle of the costa. The moth has a wing-span of about 1.3 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • South Australia.
