The adult moth has greyish-orange forewings, each with jagged brown bands across the base, the middle, and the margin. The hindwings are brown. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

This species has been found in

  • Western Australia, and
  • Queensland.

    Oruza is thought to be the wrong genus for this species.
