The adult moths of this species are pale brown, with a number of darker spots on each wing. The forewings each have reddish tinge along the costa. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

The species has been found in

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory, and
  • Victoria.

    The genus of this species is unclear.
