The adult moths have forewings with a complex pattern in dark brown and grey. The hindwings are white with broad dark brown margins containing some white spots. The wingspan is about 4.5 cms.

The species is found in Australia in:

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland.
