This adult moth has forewings that have brown sections delineated by zigzag black lines, and hind wings that are black with a white spot on the margin, and an inner unbroken white band.

The species is found on islands in south east Asia, including

  • Andaman Islands,
  • Singapore,
    as well as in Australia in
  • Queensland.
