The adult moths of this species are pale brown, with dark zizgzag and plain curved lines across the wings. The forewings each have a doubly encircled dark eyespot containing a white spot. The wingspan is about 4 cms.

The moths are found in :

  • Western Australia, and
  • Northern Territory.

    The adult moths have a coiled haustellum under the head, which they can uncoil, and through which they can sip nectar from flowers.
