The adult moth of this species has brown forewings, with intricate patterns. The forewings have sinuous hind-margins. The hindwings are plain brown, darkening at the wingtips. The hindwings have a slightly concave margin. The wingspan is about 1.6 cms.

The species occurs in Australia in:

  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
