Limnaecia cirrhosema

These adult moths are black with a pale yellow cap on the head, and with three white bands on each forewing. The hindwings are pale brown. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species occurs in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory, and
  • Victoria.
