Macrobathra species

The adult moths of this species have black forewings with bold white patches.

About 92 Australian species have already been described and named in the genus Macrobathra. This looks superficially like either Macrobathra arrectella or Macrobathra sarcoleuca or it could be another so-far unnamed species in that genus.

The species occurs in :

  • Queensland.
