The adult moths have dark brown forewings which have an irregular off-white streak along the hind-margin, and two off-white spots on the costa. The hindwings are pale grey. The antennae are as long as the body, and are sometimes held pointing upwards, and sometimes pointing out sideways. The wingspan is about 1 cm.

The species has been found in :

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Australian Capital Territory.

    The photos currently on BOLD (31 March 2021) are a different species.
