The adult moths of this species have streaky grey forewings, each with a fine black reticulated pattern along the costa, and a bubbly pattern along the margin. The hindwings are dark grey with white edges. The wingspan is about 7 cms.

The species occurs across south-east Asia, including

  • Bhutan,
  • Papua,
  • Philippinnes,
  • Thailand,

    and in Australia in

  • Queensland.
