The adult moth of this species has grey forewings each with a dozen forking black streaks. The hindwings are off-white, shading to brown at the wingtips. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species has been found in:

  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory, and
  • Victoria.

    The moths of this species are similar to those of Pedois anthracias, but the forewing patterns are subtly different.
