The adult moth of this species has off-white forewings each with various dark brown markings, including a thin brown line along the costa and around the margin, two broad irregular transverse bands, and a submarginal arc of dark spots. The hindwings are off-white, shading to brown at the wingtips. The wingspan is about 2 cms.
