These adult moths have brown forewings, each with several fine jagged dark lines and pale lines across each one. The hindwings are plain brown. The moths have a wingspan of about 3 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria,
  • South Australia,
  • Western Australia, and
  • Northern Territory.
