The adult moth of this species is pale brown or gey, often with a dark mark near the middle of each wing. The wingspan is about 3.5 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in:

  • Western Australia,
  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Australian Capital Territory.
