This Caterpillar is white with thin black lines on the head and body, and broader orange lines along the body alone. The spiracles and true legs are red. The caterpillar feeds on :

  • Pines ( PINACEAE ).

    The adult moths are grey. At rest, they wrap their wings around the body..

    The eggs are laid in untidy clumps. They are white and oval.

    The species has been found in:

  • Tasmania, and
  • Victoria.
