The adult moths of this species have greenish-brown frewings, each crossed by two serrated dark lines, and with an irregular dark crescent near the middle. The hindwings off-white shading to pale brown at the margins. The wingspan is about 4 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
