The adult moths of this species have cream forewings each with a broad black stripe from base to margin. The hindwings are white. The wingspan is about 1 cm.

The species has been found in

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Victoria.
