The adult moths of this species have off-white forewings each with one partial and one complete dark brown transverse bar. The hindwings are pale brown. The wingspan is about 1 cm.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory, and
  • Victoria.
