The caterpillars of this species are basically green. Young instars have a red dorsal line. Later instars just have red blotches. The caterpillars have been found feeding on :

  • Mangroves ( Sonneratia species, SONNERATIACEAE ).

    The adult moths are also green with angular wingtips and torni, and with a white spot in the middle of each hindwing. Their wingspan is about 3 cms.

    This species occurs in the oriental tropics, including :

  • Borneo,
  • Thailand,
    as well as in Australia.
