The caterpillars of this species are basically green. Young instars have a red dorsal line. Later instars just have red blotches. The caterpillars have been found feeding on :

  • Mangrove Apples ( Sonneratia species, LYTHRACEAE ).

    The adult moths are also green. Their wingspan is about 3 cms.

    This species occurs in the oriental tropics, including :

  • Borneo,
  • Papua,
  • Thailand,

    as well as in

  • Australia.
