These Caterpillars have been found feeding on :

  • Rice ( Oryza sativa, POACEAE ).

    The adult moths are greenish-brown and have a sharp angle at the apex of each forewing and tornus of each hindwing. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

    The species occurs in the oriental tropics, including :

  • Borneo,
  • Papua New Guinea,

    as well as in Australia in

  • Queensland.
