The Caterpillar of this species is thought to feed on

  • Candle-Flowers ( Banksia species, PROTEACEAE ).

    The adult moth has a fringe along the trailing edge of each wing. The fore wings have a striking pattern of white and brown markings. with darker lines outlining each brown mark. The hind wings are a golden brown. Its wingspan is about 0.8 cms.

    The spacies has been found in

  • New South Wales.
