The adult moth of this species has pale brown forewings with a dark spot near the middle, and a dark line extending from the base to midwing. The hindwings are plain buff coloured. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

The species occurs in :

  • Hong Kong,
  • Indonesia,
  • Philippines,
  • Taiwan,

    as well as in Australia in:

  • Queensland.
