The adult moth of this species has brown forewings typically with three dark bands across each one. The hindwings are brown typically with one dark band and several dark lines across each one. The moth has a wingspan of about 2 cms.

This species occurs in

  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
