The adult moth of this species is brown with complex light and dark bands across the wings The moth has a wingspan of about 2 cms.

The species occurs in
  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory,
  • Victoria,
  • Tasmania, and
  • Western Australia.

    This species is currently unplaced, and needs to be placed in a new genus, as Camptogramma and Chrysolarentia are both inappropriate.
