The adult moths of this species have grey forewings, each with a dark basal area and a pale marginal area, each with some dark markings. The hindwings are pale grey. The wing margins are chequered. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

The species has been found in

  • Western Australia, and
  • Queensland.
