The Mintern Brothers was a prominent London-based firm of chromolithographers and printers. They specialized in producing high-quality, hand-colored or color-printed scientific plates, particularly for 19th-century ornithological, zoological, and natural history works.

They are famous for producing the John Gould Lithographs: magnificent illustrations of birds and birds of paradise, drawn and lithographed by artists like William Matthew Hart.

They collaborated closely with notable natural history artists, such as John Gerrard Keulemans, producing prints for major scientific publications and expeditions.
