Biography of Marie Louise Sebin

Born: circa 1810, France.
Primary Medium: Copperplate engraving, etching, and hand-coloured aquatint.

On March 29, 1832, Marie Louise Sebin married Christophe Annedouche (1803 – 1866) a French engraver from Paris. He is also known for his natural history illustrations.They had three children, Emile Alexandre, Joseph Alfred, and Jules André, and lived in Paris. Her son Joseph Alfred, like his father, became a well-known engraver and artist, exhibiting at the Royal Museum in 1845.
