This Caterpillar feeds on:

  • Eggs & Bacon ( Dillwynia species, FABACEAE ),
  • Macadamia Nuts ( Macadamia integrifolia, PROTEACEAE ), and
  • Avocado ( Persea americana, LAURACEAE ).

    There appear to be two forms of the adult moths: one with uniform pale brown forewings each with a darker costa, and one with darker brown forewings each with an irregular marginal band. The moths have a wingspan of about 2 cms.

    The species occurs on the east coast of Australia in

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
