Nycterephes anthracica

The adult moth has dark grey forewings with some black zigzag transverse lines, and black veins. Each hindwing is silver shading to black along the margin, with a dark zizgzag submarginal line, and a dark mark near the middle. The wingspan is about 3 cms.
