The adult moths have pale brown forewings, each crossed two broad jagged dark brown lines. The hindwings are pale brown, each with a faint dark spot in the middle, and a faint dark curved submarginal line. The wingspan is about 2.7 cms.

The species has been found in:

  • New South Wales, and
  • South Australia.
