These caterpillars are gregarious. They feed on:

  • Black Sheoke ( Allocasuarina littoralis, CASUARINACEAE ).

    The adult moths have forewings that have a complex pattern of light and dark brown, The hindwings are plain brown. The moths have a wingspan of about 3 cms.

    This species occurs in :

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
