This caterpillar feeds on the leaves of:

  • Gum Trees ( Eucalyptus species, MYRTACEAE ).

    The adult moth has white forewings, each with a dark brown line across the middle, and a dark brown submarginal band. The wingspan is about 1 cm.

    The species is found over much of Australia, including

  • New South Wales,
  • Queensland,
  • Victoria, and
  • Western Australia.
