The caterpillars of this species are thought to bore into the shoots of

  • Grass ( POACEAE)

    The adult moths have pink forewings, head and thorax, as well as white hindwings, and a yellow abdomen. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

    This species has been found in Australia in :

  • Queensland.
