This Caterpillar is known to feed on :

  • Wild Orange ( Capparis sepiaria, CAPPARACEAE ).

    The upper surfaces of the wings of the adult butterfly are white with black wingtips, and are grey along the leading edges of the forewings. The undersides are white with grey wingtips, and have an orange tinge at the base of each forewing. The butterfly has a wingspan of about 4 cms.

    The species is found in the north of Australia in

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory, and
  • Queensland.
