The moths of this species are pale brown with pale edges near the forewing tips. The wingspan is about 2.5 cm.

The species has been found in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Victoria.

    This species name is thought by some texonomists to be a synonym of Tetraschalis arachnodes.
