The food plants of this Caterpillar are reported to be from the family FABACEAE, including :

  • Lablab Bean ( Dolichos lablab ),
  • Cowpea ( Vigna unguiculata ).

    The adult moths are brown with some white markings and three dark spots on the costa of each forewing. The wings are divided into lobes. The wingspan is abou 1.5 cms.

    The species has been found in

  • Japan,
  • Myanmar,
  • Singapore,

    as well as in

  • Australia.
