These moths are black and white, with yellow on the head, thorax, and bases of the wings. The moths have a wingspan of about 4 cms.

The species occurs in the rain forests of northern Australia in

  • Queensland.

    The adult moths curiously resemble those of Argyrolepidia thoracophora.
