The adult moths of this species have forewings that are grey or brown, with a broad dark streak from base to apex on each forewing. The hindwings are white with dark edges.

The species has been found in

  • New Guinea,

    as well as in Australia in :

  • Western Australia,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
