The adult moths of this species have forewings that are dark brown with reddish-brown veins and a few dark spots. The hindwings are off-white darkening toard the wing-tips. The moths have a wingspan of about 2.5 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in :

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory, and
  • Queensland.
