Caterpillars of this species have been reported to feed on:

  • Blackboard Tree ( Alstonia scholaris, APOCYNACEAE ).

    The adult moth is dark brown with a number of translucent white patches on each wing. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

    The species is found around the tropics, including:

  • Hong Kong,
  • India, and
  • South Africa,
    and in Australia in :
  • Northern Territory, and
  • Queensland.
