The adult moth of this species has a striking pattern on the wings of brown filigree surrounding white blobs of various sizes. It has a wingspan of about 3 cms.

It is found in in south-east Asia, including:

  • Hong Kong,
  • Taiwan, and
  • Thailand,
    and in Australia in :
  • New South Wales, and
  • Queensland.
